Samantha works for a large gaming company.  They make video games for home consoles, PC’s and handheld devices.   In the competitive world of video games, customer loyalty to specific games is valuable.

They plan to revive a popular game they made back in the 80’s when their company first started. This will be the biggest product launch ever in the history of their company and they need it to be a huge success.

They Discovered icue!

Using iCue – they came up with a 6 month strategy to promote and get users excited about the return of their 80’s mega hit.

First – They wanted to get as many iCues in their customer’s hands as possible. So they started including them with all their current products for free.  They handed them out at events, they used the paper iCue and included them as an insert in gaming magazines
